Welcome to Hoto.life. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using this website or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

HOTO India products are marketed and distributed in India by:
Sophus Technosol Pvt. Ltd.

1. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree:

  • To provide accurate information when making a purchase or inquiry
  • Not to misuse or damage the website
  • Not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
  • Not to attempt unauthorized access to the site or its servers

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website, content, or services at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. However, slight variations in color, appearance, or packaging may occur due to lighting, manufacturing batches, or screen display differences.

We reserve the right to update or modify product listings, features, or pricing without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways
  • We do not store full credit/debit card information

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is placed, our team processes and ships it within the specified timeline. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by logistics partners, weather, festivals, or unforeseen situations are outside our control.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

5. Warranty – 12 Months

All HOTO India products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional issues not caused by misuse

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, drops, impact, or breakage
  • Water or liquid damage (unless product is rated accordingly)
  • Damage due to misuse, unauthorized repair, or modification
  • Normal wear and tear of accessories or consumables

To claim warranty, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (tax invoice)
  • Product photos/videos
  • Serial number (if applicable)

Warranty claims will be processed by Sophus Technosol Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of HOTO India.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival
  • The product delivered is incorrect

Return/Replacement Window: Within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method after product inspection.

Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, design elements, and product descriptions—is the intellectual property of HOTO / HOTO Tools or Sophus Technosol Pvt. Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
